For the ultimate Allies of Skin clarifying routine, we recommend using this product with our Molecular Silk Amino Hydrating Cleanser, Molecular Saviour Probiotics Treatment Mist, Peptides & Antioxidants Advanced Firming Daily Treatment, and The One SPF 50 Invisible Sunscreen Gel in the morning. At night, we recommend swapping the Daily Treatment with our Promise Keeper Nightly Blemish Treatment and leaving out the sunscreen.

Yes, you can! Especially if you have stubborn post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), the Mandelic Night Serum is a great addition to your routine. If you have very sensitive skin or aren’t used to using acids on a regular basis, we recommend starting by using the Mandelic Night Serum 2-3 times per week and building up to more frequent use if necessary.
We do however recommend spacing usage of high-performance acids by using the Azelaic Clarifying Serum one day and the Mandelic Night Serum another day. We do not recommend using both together as the combination can increase skin sensitivity.

Azelaic & Kojic Advanced Clarifying Serum is a targeted treatment that addresses the 6 most stubborn facial concerns, such as blackheads, whiteheads or enlarged pores. It also diminishes the appearance of redness and uneven skin tone and brightens post-blemish marks. We recommend following up this serum with a moisturiser.
Both products are great for people with acne-prone skin and make for an excellent nightly blemish-busting duo.

Azelaic Acid is a mild exfoliant, which is why this product is suitable for twice-daily use. For more sensitive skin types, start with using this serum once daily (either AM or PM). But please don’t forget to use sunscreen in the morning.

Yes. We do recommend checking in with your physician before starting on any new product during your pregnancy.

Yes. We don't recommend combining retinoids with acids (AHAs or BHAs) in the same routine, as this can be too intense for most skin types and may cause dryness, irritation, or barrier compromise. Instead, alternate them by using retinol one night and your exfoliating acid on another. Similarly, avoid using multiple acid-containing products together in the same routine - instead, use one in the morning and another in the evening. This approach lets you enjoy the benefits of both without overwhelming your skin.

If you experience any sensitivity, take a short break from active treatments to allow your skin to reset and rebuild its natural barrier. During this time, focus on soothing, hydrating products like our Copper Tripeptide & Ectoin Advanced Repair Serum. Once your skin feels balanced, slowly reintroduce actives one at a time.

We recommend applying serums in order of consistency, from lightest water-based formulas to heavier oil-based or creamy ones, to ensure optimal absorption and effectiveness. However, exfoliating serums like our Azelaic & Kojic Advanced Clarifying Serum and Mandelic Advanced Pigmentation Night Serum should always be applied first, regardless of their consistency, as they prepare the skin's surface to accept other actives.

Yes, you can use this serum twice daily. Azelaic acid is a gentle exfoliant, making it suitable for both morning and evening use without over-exfoliating. However, if you have sensitive skin or are new to actives, start with once-daily application (either AM or PM) and gradually increase to twice daily as your skin adjusts. Always follow with SPF of 30 or higher in the morning, as azelaic acid can increase sun sensitivity.
